Clubhouse Reservations

Our beautiful, historic house, circa 1829, is available as a rental for up to 75 people, (per fire laws). There is wi-fi connectivity, and an entrance ramp and indoor lift accommodate a wheelchair, providing handicapped accessibility.

The Clubhouse is typically rented out for:

Small weddings and receptions
Bar or Bat Mitzvahs
Retirement parties
Birthday parties
Family Reunions
Non-profit fund raiser
Memorial services
After-funeral collations

First Floor

The downstairs is suitable for 30-35 people. A charming living room or sitting room at the front of the house opens into the dining room. There is also a kitchen off the dining room, and a handicapped accessible bathroom.

Upstairs Hall

The upstairs, reachable by two staircases and a lift, is a hall, suitable for 75 people. There is a stage with an upright piano and a built-in sound system with speakers and a microphone as well as a large TV screen for showing videos and pictures. Wi-Fi is also available. There are eight 8-foot long tables with comfortable folding chairs.

Our Backyard

With a lovely backyard, there is also space to move outside to barbecue or just to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

Parking

In front of the house along Main Street (Rte 27) there are 13 parking spaces. If you need more, there is plentiful public parking behind the Library and Town Hall, about a block or so from the house.
