Calendar 2025-2026

September 10, 2025:  Lunch 11:30 AM, Meeting 12:30 PM, Program 1 PM

Today we embrace some of our Acton Small businesses.  Eve and Murray’s is a West Acton business that carries American farmstead cheese, charcuterie, natural wines, craft beer and accompaniments.  They will demonstrate how to create a charcuterie board which will be auctioned off at the end of the program.  Then we will meet Gonzalo Condes de Bethencourt, who grew up in Madrid Spain where he walked to the bakery every morning for fresh crusty loaves.  He recently opened a micro-bakery in Acton, and we will hear his journey of becoming a baker and then sample his bread, which you will find well worth celebrating!

Gonzolo, below, is telling of his experience of taking up baking bread, and showing us his many products.  There were plenty samples for us after!

i Eve and Murray prepare a charcuterie board for us with many tips for presentation and pairings of cheeses, fruits, and meats.
